Hey Family!
I still can't believe you all sat in front of me eating chips and salsa last night. So typical. Man, when I get home.. we are eating chips and salsa a whole 24 hours and then we can go out and do some other things haha.
Well, I don't have to much to say obviously. I will send a picture of My companion and I so that you all can see because I am pretty sure Hilz still thinks I am with the Hermana Godoy. haha
President's wife called me this morning... tomorrow in our sister's meeting I will be speaking for 30 minutes!!! Teaching the sisters about a theme of my choice... blehhh... I am stressed! It is going to make for a good embarrassing story. That is for sure.
I got home last night and was totally sad because I forgot to tell you the USA story. haha. My last week in Loma Linda my companions and I were walking the streets and we passed this house with a bunch of dad's watching a football game outside. It totally looked like a Johnson family party. The TV cables coming from the house and the TV and couches outside on the lawn... It was actually really awesome haha but there was like 12 Dads outside. When we passed the house one of them looks over at us and starts shouting "USA! USA! USA!" with a fist pump of course. Then they all joined in! We just kept walking but then they left their game and started to walk behind us shouting "USA! USA!" they followed us for about half a street! hahaha It was the weirdest thing but it was so funny because when they started to follow us Hermana bowers and I looked at each other like "now what?" SO we turned around and lifted one of our hands in the air in a fist! They all just started to shout with joy and then ran back to their game..
This probably doesn't even sound funny to you all... I will explain better later.
Hermana Bowers called me this morning to tell me "50 days left!"
Well, thanks. haha
We found some great new investigators this week. One of them being Gisel and her daughter. Funny thing is I found Gisel when she came to Puerta Del Sol my last Sunday there. Just looking for a church. Her parents are members in Veracruz. Her and her daughter are now preparing to be baptized here soon :)
Yeah I think that's all for today! Hope you all have a great day today!
